5t plain trolley, hand-geared, carrying capacity 5000 kg – 00689
The device can be used for precise positioning and easy moving of heavy loads by hand or an electric hoist.
Adjustable for a beam range width from 88 mm up to 205 mm and various profiles.
The rollers are designed for a max. beam flange slope of 14%.
The pre-and fine tuning is done by washers with locknuts on the threaded beam which prevent lateral moving through centring.
Application field:
As anchor point for a chain hoist or other hoists.
For mounting on a beam. (Please check carrying capacity/static load!)
Area of application: workshop, manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, etc.

Easy beam width adjustment by spacers/washers.
In this fixing design the two halves of the trolley are perfectly assembled together and braced by locknuts.
Therefore a torsion of the halves is not possible. There are simpler versions of trolleys where the halves are only connected by simple threaded rods without spacers/washers and are also not secured by locknuts. These versions are much less torsion resistant.
